Aroma
Intense, ripe nose of red fruit soup (strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant), enhanced by black pepper and violets.
Taste
The palate is juicy and fresh, with soft tannins, and composes with wild berries a liquorice palate, ending on a bitter cocoa finish.
