This exceptional cuvée is first and foremost a made-to-measure wine. This garage wine, selected and de-stemmed by hand, has been entirely vinified and then aged for 18 months in new barrels...This Dame de Haute-Sage is also a symbol of femininity and the important role women have always played on the estate. But it's also the allegory of the 4 paintings of women, exhibited in the Château Haute-Sage salon, around the work signed by painter Georges Braem. This bottle is the very expression of Mother Nature and of the alchemy between the terroir and the work of the men and women of Château Peneau.

Magnificent wine, very long on the palate, fruity with well-presented tannins! I highly recommend it as a treat. Still in its youth, should keep well.
