The winemaker

Château Amour estate features


Château Amour is home to a 26 Ha vineyard offering a yield of 50 Hl/ Ha for a production of 180,000 bottles of wine. The vines are planted mainly with 50% Cabernet-Sauvignon and 50% Merlot. Vatting takes 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the vintage. Similarly, ageing lasts between 12 and 14 months.

The Château Amour estate wines


The wines from this estate are made from 35% clay-limestone and 65% gravelly soil. They have been crafted by Éric Boissenot since 2016. This benchmark oenologist offers "L'amour", a fine wine colored with crimson cheeks. The wine is also characterized by gourmand aromas and red fruit flavors. On the palate, it's airy and soft. The last sips have lovely fruity notes.
