The winemaker

The model of the barrel 225 liters come from Bordeaux Broustet as evidenced by the records of the Bordeaux Chamber of Commerce. Located in Barsac, this magnificent property is owned vineyards since 2010 Terroirs. Two clay and limestone soils and serious are the vineyards of Château Broustet. At the end of the summer, the morning mist warmed by the sun allows early and slow development of the noble rot. The studded with topaz stones absorb heat and release it gradually, optimizing the ripening of each grain. Manual harvesting is done by selective and successive sorting. The result is an exceptional wine. The Sauternes is certainly one of the names the best known internationally. Besides the careful selection of grapes, the careful work of men, soil nature, 5 towns of the appellation have a microclimate conducive to the development of noble rot, essential for obtaining the precious nectar to the clear color and wonderful and special flavor, unique, incomparable.
