The winemaker

By combining modern technologies with traditional methods, we offer high-quality wines that are unique and atypical for their appellations. Our wines are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, and for certain cuvées, vinification is finalized in French oak barrels. Meticulous quality control of our grapes means we use minimal tannins, yeast and additional clarifying agents. We limit inputs to a minimum, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, and all the products we use are natural-based.
