The winemaker

These Graves gradually redistribute heat on grapes. Merlot, Cabernet, Semillon and enjoy this gentle ripening. This natural phenomenon helps to produce wines warm, velvety flavor of a very characteristic wine of Mauves. Winemaking is followed by Dominique and Michel Mouth using all modern thermoregulation techniques. Cold Stabilization is used for rosé and white, thereby developing very fruity wines. The red fermentations has shorter or longer appropriate to the degree of maturation of the grapes, always with the aim to focus on the fruit in the wines, aromas, warmth, sweetness characterizes wines from elsewhere.
