Halfway between the Atlantic Ocean and the Gironde, Château Escot full advantage of the particular terroir of the Médoc, flagship of the Bordeaux vineyards. Planted in clay, sand and serious, refreshed by the ocean winds or, conversely, protected, heated by the moors, vineyards pull of the earth and sky ideal conditions for their development. The wines are felt, nuanced, rich flavors of the finest Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon. This sensory palette is even more beautiful than the Rouy family, owners of the premises, the works finesse, harvesting the grapes at night, making their wine cold to keep intact all the fragrances of its bays. Thus is produced by structured wines, enticing their youth, increasingly stylish over age.
