The winemaker

Château Borie-Manoux has been a winegrowing estate for many centuries. Long attached to Château Duhart-Manillon, Pauillac's 4th growth, it was the jewel in the crown of the Castéja fiefdom. In 1950, Château Borie-Manoux began to be treated independently by the technical team working at Château Bataillay. Growing Cabernet franc and Cabernet sauvignon grapes, the vineyard covers 20 hectares. Between the environment and sustainable agriculture, the craftsmen are able to produce a red wine that leaves you breathless.
