Château Haut Barrail has been in existence since 1362 and the mill that remains on the estate bears witness to the château's cereal-producing past. Today, the vine reigns supreme: owner since 1987, the Gillet family has completely renovated the estate's infrastructure, and the first vintage came out of the château's cellars in 1995. The winemaker

According to the Medoc tradition, the vineyard is divided into 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wines of the château are distinguished by their strong character, their intensity and their elegance. In the ageing cellars, according to the regional custom, the wine ages gently in new merrain oak barrels. It is there that it will acquire roundness, tannin and aromatic richness, thus conferring a great potential of guard. The Château Haut Barrail cuvée has been awarded many prizes, a guarantee of undeniable quality !
