The winemaker

Half of the vineyard is surrounded by the vines of Château Margaux, located on the northeast flank of the Margaux commune and on a superb Margaux plateau, in a place called "Curton". This exceptional terroir is made up of fine gravel several meters deep. This thick, highly draining layer forces the vines to go deep to find the water and nutrients they need, optimizing grape concentration and quality. The rest of the vineyard lies in the commune of Soussans, on sandy-gravel soils.
