The winemaker

A great terroir Planted at 6250 feet per hectare vineyard currently includes 15 hectares of vines. It combines Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, gray sauvignon, merlot and cabernet sauvignon. The vineyard average age is over 30 years. The soil is gravelly sabloneux which is a natural filter that allows the vines to have sufficient resources but not too abundant. This type of soil gives the wine an exceptional finesse.
