The winemaker

The Maucamps castle stands south of the Haut-Médoc in Macau. It is founded by the Lalanne family that gave him his fame. In 1954, the Tessandier resume the field and build him his success. The castle exclusively cultivates red wines made from Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The family relies on tradition and know-how to the local book the best of flavors. The result: young wines, low tannins and aromas of prunes.
