The winemaker

The recovery of the Castle Moulis whose Féret guide already boasts its wines in its 1876 edition is booked in 2015. This property has experienced many vicissitudes before it was acquired by the family Darricarrère early sixties who will sell the 2012 to a Chinese investor. Two years later, he decides to part ways while important work is to be performed on the vineyard and all farm buildings. It is in this context that this property is presented Guillot that, despite the importance of the work both in the vineyard as in the winery, is seduced and decides to become the purchaser. Thus Chateau Moulis is now part of the family patrimony whose exploitation and marketing are carried out by Marie-Caroline Guillot with the support of his father. This property of almost 13 hectares located on the rich soils for some clay for the other severe Grunz is to reshape into a reference properties of the appellation.
