What are the characteristics of the Château Noaillac terroir and vineyard?


In 1982, Marc Pagès bought Château Noaillac to continue and fine-tune the vineyard. The estate, planted mainly with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, now covers 49 hectares of Garonne gravel. Thanks to the efforts of Marc Pagès's son Xavier, the estate was elevated to Cru Bourgeois status. In 2018, Château Noaillac, now HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) certified, was promoted to the rank of Cru Bourgeois Supérieur.

Château Noaillac wines are renowned for being fruity, complex, round and deep. They include the red CH TEAU NOAILLAC Médoc, a Cru Bourgeois aged in oak, the red NOAILLAC Médoc, the rosé CH TEAU NOAILLAC Vin de Table and the red DAMIEN PAGES Vin de France.
