Gérard Perse took over Château Pavie from the Valette family and has owned it since 1998. The 37-hectare estate is located in Saint-Émilion, Gironde. In the latest Saint-Émilion wine rankings of 2006, it was classified Premier Grand Cru classé B in the AOC Saint-Émilion grand cru. It was then promoted in 2012 to Premier Grand Cru classé A. In addition to the former, the latter produces a wine called "Arômes de Pavie". Find out more
