The Château Vrai Canon Bouché: love of the vine


The vineyards of Château Vrai Canon Bouché are cultivated in a sustainable manner, with respect for the soil and the vines. The estate is planted with 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc, a grape variety ideally suited to limestone soils.

Each year, to make the wines, the grapes are harvested at full maturity. Only two wines are produced at the estate: Vrai Canon Bouché, which goes well with red meats and game, and Tertre de Canon.
