    In a few words ...

"An elixir of considerable proportions, it possesses a dense purple color as well as an extraordinarily flamboyant bouquet of black fruits, graphite, crushed stones, subtle oak and a notion of wet steel. It hits the palate with a deafening concoction of thick, juicy black and blue fruits, lead pencil shavings and chalky minerality. Full-bodied, yet very fresh, with a finish that lasts more than a minute, this is one of the most remarkable wines I've ever tasted. Will it last a hundred years? No doubt about it." Robert Parker.

    Tasting notes

    Appearance

Dense, dark garnet color, drawing on purple in its youth.

    Aroma

The bouquet consists of black and red fruits, roasting, licorice and leather.

Wine Empyreumatic | Fruity | Spicy

    Taste

The Pauillacs are vigorous and tannic, which softens with age which allows the tannins to melt and give a nice and round structure.
