In a few words ...
The 65% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Merlot grapes are planted in the gravelly soil typical of the Médoc. The vines are, on average, 35 years old and benefit from an advantageous location. Exposed to the Bordeaux sun over a long period, the pebbles allow the heat of the day to be absorbed during the night. The viticulture is traditional and the use of inputs has been drastically reduced. After 18 months of ageing, the wines reveal their charm and pleasure.
