Château Clos de Sarpe has always produced a true Saint Emilion: natural, frank, sincere, concentrated, tannic, complete and solid, expressing the permanent truth of the terroir and the shifting truth of the vintages. In the cellar, a long and fiercely natural vinification process leads to authenticity. Two wines flow from the château: Chateau Clos de Sarpe and Charles de Sarpe, the estate's second wine. Late harvests are carried out by hand. The estate's two grape varieties are picked at different times, depending on the maturity and age of the vines.
