In a few words ...

For five generations, the Bertrand family has perpetuated its passion for vines and wine. Today, Jacques Bertrand and his children transcend this know-how by combining modernity with respect for tradition. Exposed on the south-eastern slopes of Saint-Hippolyte, the vineyard covers an area of 6.30 hectares, and undergoes rigorous selection: disbudding, thinning and leaf removal help to manage yield while optimizing quality. The grapes are harvested by hand and then selected on a sorting table.
