Ripe tannins, to be opened quickly! A delight with a fine piece of beef.

To be drunk quickly, it remains excellent. The woodiness is very pronounced, with good length on the palate. Black fruit aromas dominate.

It's stronger than its little brother, "le petit pas", but it's a pleasure to taste, with a good duck breast in Cêpe sauce.
