In a few words ...

The Dragon is a powerful symbol in the history of Château Quintus. According to Western myths, this formidably intelligent being with piercing eyesight was the protector of a fabulous treasure. Inspired by its unique location, dominating the Saint Emilion plateau, Château Quintus was inspired by this story and chose the Dragon as the name for its second wine, like a formidable guardian of its precious terroir. J. Suckling: 92-93/100
