La Cave de L'illEstimated delivery between 10 and Dec 12,
Today, the estate has around 30 hectares in production. A geological study of the land reveals two types of soil: gravel from Gironde, which favors early ripening of the grapes and gives them fine tannins, and clay-limestone marl, which produces more powerful tannins. The traditional grape varieties that make up our vineyards - Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot - thrive on these substrates.
A fruity, spicy cuvée that accentuates its gourmet side.
