In a few words ...
Today, the estate has around 30 hectares in production. A geological study of the land reveals two types of soil: gravel from Gironde, which favors early ripening of the grapes and gives them fine tannins, and clay-limestone marl, which produces more powerful tannins. The traditional grape varieties that make up our vineyards - Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot - thrive on these substrates.

Tour de pez 2016 simply enjoyed with a large rib of beef with fries and salad, a real delight, the simplest recipes are the best.
I recommend this wine and will surely buy it again.
