Created in the 17th century, this 4th Grand Cru Classé was broken up and dispersed through several estates. By luck and tenacity, in 1982 Henri Martin was able to reconstitute the estate as it was in 1833, the year of the famous classification. Since then, and thanks to the investment of the owners, saint-pierre is recognized by all as a perfect representative of st julien's grands crus classés. Traditional, thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.

Appearance

Dense, dark garnet color, drawing on purple in its youth.

Aroma

The nose reveals notes of violet and empyreumatic like wood, roasting, vanilla ... In aging, the wine will reveal very high quality game or truffle aromas.
