The winemaker

Our vines receive no synthetic molecules (fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, etc.).), our grapes are hand-picked to respect the plant and terroir, the juices they yield are low-sulfited (or not) and that's it (no other inputs), fermentations are natural (indigenous & contemporary yeasts and bacteria) and technology-free, maturation is traditional (no air-conditioning, manipulation or aromatization), no artificial additives, wines are bottled raw, whole and alive (neither fined nor filtered, neither pasteurized nor sterilized). We bring life from the earth to the glass.
Our cuvées include
MAISON-BLANCHE The estate's first wine. Blend of old Cabernet Franc and Merlot vines from the estate's great terroirs. Long maturation in recent oak barrels for long ageing. A few vintages are available in a natural version.
LOUIS RAPIN Grande cuvée nature. Co-fermentation of the oldest Cabernet-Francs and Merlots planted between 1943 and 1970 on our great terroirs. Long aging in new French oak barrels. Great ageing potential.
VINUM SIMPLEX Cabernet-franc solera is the only ingredient in this natural wine, vinified and/or aged in earthenware jars or eggs. Vintages accumulate in an underground vat. The cuvée currently on sale contains 5 vintages.
