The winemaker

Les Vignobles Olivier Fleury, including Castles Pavilion and Château Les Roques, occupy on the best slopes of St. Croix du Mont and Loupiac, a geographical position of the foreground. Its vineyard dominates the high green banks of the Garonne. The area of ​​12 hectares in one piece includes 7.6 hectares of south-facing hillsides devoted to the production of a sweet white wine, fine and elegant, now famous in many countries. Vinified and aged with the greatest rigor, the entire harvest is bottled at the property. Olivier Fleury is the descendant of a long line of wine, which was already established in St. Croix Mount since the French Revolution. Le Pavillon du Château was acquired by the family later. It faces the greatest vintages of the region such as Château Yquem, or Suduiraut. The soil on which are placed Oliver Fleury vineyards is quite exceptional. Indeed, the part occupied by vineyards is the old submerged part of the Aquitaine basin. This is why we find like Sancerre or Pouilly-Fumé fossilized shells, which provide beautiful iodized notes.
