The Coteaux Bourguignons terroir is rich and complex. The 3 hectares of mostly east-facing Pinot Noir are planted on clay-limestone, rock and siliceous pebble soils in the commune of Cogny. The grapes are de-stemmed and vinified in the Burgundian style, and aged on fine lees.
