A fresh, fragrant wine. Site: grapes come from all over Burgundy, mainly from the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, Hautes Côtes de Nuits and Côte Châlonnaise. History & tradition: since 1935 (when the Appellation Contrôlée was created), only Chardonnay and Pinot Noir have been used in Burgundy. An ancient grape variety, Aligot or Aligoté, remains in a few passionately cultivated plots.

The color is pale yellow with green highlights.
Aroma
The nose has aromas of fresh, slightly acid grapes.
Taste
Lots of freshness on the palate, with the occasional pleasant note of gunflint. A pleasant balance of sweetness and liveliness.
