It reveals a freshness and lightness due to the low dose of so2 on the nose. Nice citrus notes. Crémant de Bourgogne is an excellent alternative to traditional sparkling wines such as Champagne. It is made using the traditional method, just like champagne, which means that it undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, creating its characteristic fine bubbles. Crémant de Bourgogne wines made from Pinot Noir often offer a fruity, aromatic expression, while retaining a certain elegance and freshness.
