Bourgogne chardonnay mikulski françois 2015the mikulski's burgundy chardonnay vines cover 1.5 hectares. One was planted in 1986 and the other in 2005 by françois mikulski.their grape varieties are 100% chardonnay.annual production: around 9,000 bottles.the vines are cultivated using non-certified organic methods.the subsoil is composed of fine river alluvium, common in the lower part of the slope.the cuvée is aged in oak barrels for around 10 months, then racked and placed in vats for 2 months before bottling.these two parcels are located on the edge of the meursault appellation, which gives the wine characteristics similar to those of a meursault: long on the palate, full-bodied, with good ageing potential.
