Burgundy pinot noir mikulski françois 2017the burgundy pinot noir vines we farm belong à marie pierre and françois mikulski . Their total surface area is 1.30 ha. One was planted in 1929 and the other in 1980. The vines are planted in 100% pinot noir. Annual production: around 6,000 bottles.the subsoil is composed of fine river alluvium, fringing the lower part of the hillside.the cuvée is raised in oak barrels for around 10 months, then racked and placed in vats for 2 months before bottling.
