South-facing, this plot enjoys ideal sunshine. It lies at an altitude of around 390 m, above Savigny-lès-Beaune. Chardonnay selection planted on 161-49. Still relatively young (30 years), but well-balanced, with controlled vigor.
Beaucoup de gourmandise et de fraicheur sur cette cuvée avec des notes dominantes de coing et de pêches.

Light and fruity, very good value for money. Mineral, straightforward and dry, it will be at its best with a platter of n°3 oysters enhanced by a little lemon!
