In the heart of the Grands Crus zone, the Vaudésirs valley is an open book on the geology and history of the Chablis vineyards, witness to the erosion that followed the last Ice Age. Our 2.60-hectare parcel, planted with vines over 40 years old, is situated on steep, south-facing slopes. To be precise, it's on the "endroit des Vaudésirs", which guarantees maximum, regular sunshine. Here, Kimmeridgian outcrops are most numerous, resulting in a marked mineral expression in this great wine. The steep slope (30 to 40% in places) means that vineyard work is very demanding, and the use of a winch is essential for soil maintenance.

A superb, brilliant golden-yellow color.

Pure, delicate, fleshy fruit (quince, apricot, exotic fruit).

Taste
Ample and vinous, yet clean and chiseled. The low acidity of the vintage gives it a lovely suppleness, with a suave finish marked by notes of honey and yellow flowers.
