Located in the commune of La Chapelle-Vaulpelteigne, in the exact extension of the Côte des Grands Crus, it is a Grand Seigneur among the Premiers Crus, its worldwide reputation bringing together a number of neighboring productions which also contribute to its quality. The homogeneous, south-west-facing slope lies in the Fontenay-près-Chablis valley, north-east of Chablis.
