The Premier Cru Montmains takes root on the left bank of the Serein, the river that runs through the Chablis vineyards. This extensive hillside gives the wine a character combining minerality and floral aromas. White gold in color, with green highlights, the nose has notes of citrus, grapefruit and aniseed, the palate is saline, chiselled, dense, lemony and refreshing, with good length.

A yellow-green wine of good intensity.

The nose opens with notes of apple, pear, peach and flowers. A subtle mineral note is added.
