A tender, fresh and very well-balanced Chablis. Beautiful pale yellow gold color with light green highlights. Bright, luminous and limpid. The nose evokes the freshness of a summer morning. The palate is a perfect balance of ripeness, mellowness and liveliness. We find flowers and fruit enhanced by a tender biscuity charm. On the finish, the mineral touch is present, but fine and delicate.
