Appearance
A limpid, brilliant pale gold color with green highlights.
Aroma
Expressive and straightforward. A fine mineral structure, typical of the Chablis Kimmeridgien terroir. Aromas of fresh citrus (lemon, grapefruit), white flowers (hawthorn, acacia), complemented by a touch of iodine and light smoke. On aeration, notes of gunflint and oyster shell appear.

Lively, taut attack, carried by a lovely freshness and chiseled acidity. The wine is structured, precise and long. Saline minerality emerges in the background, supported by notes of preserved lemon, green apple and a hint of butter on the finish.
