    In a few words ...

Julien Brocard chooses biodynamic viticulture to extract the purest possible expression from his exceptional vineyards. "La Boissonneuse": an 11-hectare parcel on the Préhy hillsides. Known for the minerality of its Kimmeridgian terroir, this vineyard lies on a layer of clay and limestone, with fossils on the surface.

    Tasting notes

    Aroma

Fresh, nuanced nose of citrus fruit, green pepper and honey.

    Taste

The palate extends this aromatic, lively expression of citrus and menthol, structured by an acidity that gives it length and openness.

Just wow, a beautifully crafted cuvée. All the markers of a Chablis, but with that little extra something that keeps you coming back for more.

Pleasant Chablis: discreet at first, it reveals its perfume and finesse as it warms in the glass. For lovers of "aged" but not maderized whites.

Na to, že se nejedná o 1er Chablis, je to velmi povedené víno plné tónů žlutých jablíček, žlutého melounu a jummy

A blend of several parcels to produce a Chablis that perfectly reflects its terroirs, biodynamically managed.

Lively nose of citrus fruit, white flowers and chalk. Pure, taut, energetic palate. Lively, saline finish.
