The winemaker

It is living a "mineral emotion" unique. The year following the harvest, the "Frogs" is certainly the wine of our cellars with the most expressive. The nose, the aromatic accuracy is already installed. The mouth, sharp and deep, has a nice richness due to the perfect ripeness of the grapes. The mineral is watermarked. The finish is nascent, but the work is in progress ... Two to three years after the harvest, the wine is at the top of the aromatic expression of the fruit. Everything becomes more complex and more subtle, less exotic fruits, citrus fruits are slightly candied, minerality shows its face! In the mouth, the frame of the wine is accurate ... Five years after harvesting the fruit gently withdrew, making way for a complex bouquet. The mouth, become fleshy, has a subtle paradox between a great presence and a significant development potential. Eight, ten, fifteen years after the harvest, the nose is straight and pure, intense and complex, with a registry of fresh fruit, white flowers, sweet spice, lemon grass, verbena, honey, wax ... the feeling is obviously mineral and iodine. The mouth is very harmonious, very balanced, excellent purity, finesse and elegance with a fabulously long mineral finish ... The aromatic palette is extremely broad and evolves with time and seasons. Finally, to flourish, long after the harvest for the great vintages, is the blueprint Chablis, a perfect balance of great joy, a final remembrance ...
