The winemaker

A long-standing family affair, René, the grandfather, and then two of his five children, Michel and Rémi, enlarged the estate and developed bottling. Pascal, the grandson, joined them in 1990. Since 2008, he has been running the estate with his wife Caroline. Pascal Arnoux combines traditional know-how with new technologies to protect the vineyard and produce top-quality wines. Today, the Domaine covers some twenty hectares in the communes of Chorey-lès-Beaune, Savigny-lès-Beaune, Aloxe-Corton, Beaune, Pernand-Vergelesses and Echevronne. These are climates with rich soils, ideal for the production of excellent wines of various appellations: regional, village, Premiers Crus and Grand Cru. All wines are harvested, matured and bottled on the estate.
