The winemaker

Fourth generation of a family of winemakers, Bernard Defaix settled in 1959 with 2 hectares. It is about this time that the first vineyard technical protection against spring frosts have appeared. They allowed the growers to ensure a minimum harvest every year and therefore to develop stable commercial markets. Both son of Bernard are the operating commands for twenty years. Sylvain, supports winemaking, farming, packaging and order picking. Didier does the vineyard and the field of management. Hélène, Didier's wife, is in charge of administrative and commercial parties. Thus, from the vine to the end customer, we take care of all operations.
