The winemaker

The grapes are harvested by hand. Every effort is made to ensure that each plot reveals its place and the spirit of its grape variety at the moment of tasting. Our aim is to produce wines that can be kept for a long time, for pleasure, but above all for taste. Many of the wines made at Domaine Boris Champy have the Hautes-Côtes appellation. The blending of plots and the impact of altitude make for exceptional wines. But other wines are also produced: a Bourgogne Aligoté, a Bourgogne Chardonnay, a Pommard, a Petit Aigle, two Beaune Premier Cru and a Coteaux Bourguignons Gamay.
