The winemaker

The domaine, named after its owners, covers 23 hectares divided into 35 parcels: Chablis, Chichée, Saint Bris, Irancy, etc. This richness and variety of terroir brings strength and character to their wines. The vineyards are farmed using sustainable agriculture methods. Work on the estate is shared between Fédéric, viticulture manager, and Céline, sales manager. Since 2013, they have been joined by a complete team: Christopher, Andrew and Baptiste: a great team of enthusiasts working for the best in the vineyard.
