The winemaker

Created in 1950, the Domaine is a family business for 3 generations. After Andrew, Michael, now is Nicolas, Aurelie and Julien leading the vineyard, make wine and raise the wines, having driven a new dynamic. Work resumed land for over 10 years has revitalized vineyards, enabling over time a better expression of minerality. The harvest is manual and, at first, each plot is vinified separately to preserve the potential of the terroir. The estate is located in the hamlet of Pouilly, in the heart of the Pouilly-Fuissé, South Burgundy, the vineyard covers 20 hectares of Davayé to Holy Love. The Estate is two wine regions with white Mâconnais, from Chardonnay grapes, and red in northern Beaujolais, from the Gamay grape.
