The winemaker

A typical Burgundian terroir


Whites dominate the domaine, with around 67% of vines, allowing it to cover several appellations: Bourgogne côte chalonnaise, Bourgogne aligoté, Rully, Bouzeron, Crémant de Bourgogne. The result is a range of quality wines, produced in the Burgundy tradition with a modern, high-quality focus.

The wines of Domaine de l'Ecette


White wines are particularly in the spotlight, with a particularly remarkable production of Rully. Some old vintages are very distinguished. The reds are faithful to their appellations, with Rully once again showing an interesting originality that appeals to high-end restaurateurs in the area. Finally, Domaine de l'Ecette produces a Crémant de Bourgogne of excellent quality.
