The winemaker

Albert Bichot offers us once again an exceptional domain. The area of ​​the Pavilion is nestled south of Pommard, Côte de Beaune, 17 hectares. But the land that attracts the most attention is that of the Clos des Ursulines whose domain has a monopoly. This plot of 4 hectares is classified Premier and Grand Crus, which is unique in Côte de Beaune. The choice is quickly made in the vineyard of organic farming with respect for the environment.
