The winemaker

In 1978 the Domaine Fougeray de Beauclair, a family business, was formed by acquiring and farming of vines in prestigious Burgundy appellations of the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune. Domaine philosophy is based from the beginning on quality. The grapes come from the best exposed plots hillsides of our different climates, low yields, systematic sorting of the grapes, long maceration and aging adapted to each wine in new oak barrels or recent. When you taste a wine Patrice, you even have the distinct impression rediscover Burgundy wines as echo of forgotten flavors, with hints of fruit sappy, undergrowth, or truffle.
