Son Marius, winemaker in Chablis, Jean Collet Jean Collet creates the field in 1952, when he had 61 acres of vineyards. It begins to sell his crop in bulk to traders and put some bottles in 1954 and export to the United States in 1959. In 1979, Gilles joined his father and exploitation becomes the Domaine Jean Collet & Son. To date the Domain operated an area of 15 hectares. Roman, son of Gilles, represents Chablis fourth generation Collet. He finally joined the family estate for the 2009 harvest. The cellar and winery located in the heart of Chablis where live traditional and modern, are a reflection of this family proud of its expertise. From a very active and natural in order to best serve their customers, Collet has never hesitated to invest and continue to do so in order that you find on your table their best bottles.
