The winemaker
The domaine, which is certified organic, cultivates several parcels of vines, spread across many of Burgundy's villages. This diversity of climates enables Domaine Jean Fery & Fils to produce 22 different appellations: white wines from the Chardonnay grape and red wines from the Pinot Noir grape. All harvests are carried out by hand. Vinification is carried out in the finest Burgundian tradition, in open wooden and cement vats.
