The winemaker

The family has been winemakers and coopers for 7 centuries. The grandfather was an emblematic figure in Rully before the Côte Chalonnaise craze. On his death, the estate was divided between the 5 children, who decided to sell. The father saved his share and then enlarged the estate by buying back vines. It's now Erell, 34, who manages the estate after studying oenology and doing some traveling. Her brother Flavien, 28, has also joined the domaine.
